Shipping Policy
This website and products sold on this website are only for adults at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
We ship only select products to select states in the United States. Please contact us if shipping to your local destination is in question. Depending on your locality you may not be able to complete your purchase, but if you did made a purchase for products that we cannot ship to your state, we will cancel any relevant part(s) of the order and provide an immediate refund.
We proudly offer our products with free USPS shipping on all orders. Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after order (excluding weekends and holidays), and you should expect 2-5 days while it is in transit to you. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. If we anticipate a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will provide a status update to you.
We currently ship packages using United States Postal Service (USPS). You can follow your delivery with your tracking number at www.usps.com/tracking. We cannot be held responsible for orders that may have been lost or mishandled in transit, stolen after delivery to mailbox, or other such cases. Please notify us immediately if your order was damaged during shipping.
Retail products purchased from us may not be resold.
We make no guarantee as to the legality of any product offered on this website in your particular jurisdiction. Please consult with an attorney or your local or state authorities to understand the legality of industrial hemp products in your jurisdiction.
Returns Policy
Our returns period lasts fourteen (14) days. If fourteen days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we canāt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the sealed plastic shrink wrap intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenāt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Purchases using discount codes are exempt from this clause.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@northwoodsbotanicals.com and send your item to: Northwoods Botanicals, PO Box 172, Ashland, WI, 54806, United States.
Gifts (if applicable)
Eligible gift returns are tied to the name and address the item was shipped to by Northwoods Botanicals. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift recipient, the gift recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the eligible return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, eligible refunds will be send to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
